Khubani ka meetha ( Apricot dessert)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the apricots and soaked in water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Remove the apricots from water and chopped it.
  3. Cook the chooped apricots with suagr and a cup of water.
  4. When the gravy becomes thick and dense, remove from gas.
  5. When it completely cool, add lemon juice and mix it well.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped almond on top and enjoy the dessert.
