Potato with Aniseed

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil baby potatoes with 1 teaspoon of salt, peel them and keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, fry the boiled potatoes and keep them aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the aniseeds paste, green chili and ginger paste.
  4. Fry all the spices well, then add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder.
  5. Add pre-boiled potatoes, sugar, salt and half cup of water.
  6. Cook until gravy becomes thick and dry.
  7. Serve hot.
