Potato with Aniseed
- Boil baby potatoes with 1 teaspoon of salt, peel them and keep aside.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, fry the boiled potatoes and keep them
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté the aniseeds paste, green chili and ginger paste.
- Fry all the spices well, then add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili
- Add pre-boiled potatoes, sugar, salt and half cup of water.
- Cook until gravy becomes thick and dry.
- Serve hot.
