Vegetable Cutlet

Main Ingredients: Leftover vegetable curry 

Ingredients: 

Preparation: 

  1. Heat the oil in a pan & add cumin seeds for sauté. 
  2. Add ginger paste and vegetable curry, nut paste & stirring continue. 
  3. Mix well and make a tight mixture, place it for cooling. 
  4. Make a medium size cutlet form this mixture. 
  5. Make a thick batter of besan, dip the cutlets in the battered besan. 
  6. Roll it on crushed biscuit.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan, deep fry the cutlets and keep aside on paper napkin to the soak excess oil. 
  8. Enjoy the vegetable cutlet with tomato sauce or dhania chutney.
