Brown Rice

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the properly, drain the water and make it dry.
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan, sauté the whole grounded garam masala.
  3. Add onion and sugar and fry it till dark brown.
  4. Add 4-5 cups of water, salt to taste and let it boil.
  5. After boiling the water, add pre-washed, dried rice and stir properly.
  6. When the rice becomes soft and water is dry.
  7. Cook till its becomes totally dry.
  8. Enjoy brown rice with
    Chicken curry.
