Dalia Khichuri (a dish is prepare with Dalia, Pulse and vegetables)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Fry the dalia in a hot pan (without oil) and keep aside.
  2. Boil the Lentil or Mung dal & keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pre-boiled vegetables & keep aside.
  4. Heat the ghee in a pan, sauté the cumin seeds, dried chilli & bay leaf.
  5. Add onion and green chilli and stir well.
  6. Add pre-fried dalia, vegetables, dal and tomato & mix well.
  7. Give the turmeric powder, salt & sugar according to taste & stir well.
  8. Add water and cook for 10 min in a low flame with cover.
  9. Dalia khichuri is ready, serve it hot.
