Jeera Rice



Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. First clean the rice and rinse properly & half cook it.
  2. Drain the water & dry the rice in a broad and flat based utensil.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, give the chilli and cumin seeds for sauté.
  4. Add onion slices & fry it.
  5. When the onion becomes light brown add pre-cooked rice.
  6. Add salt and stir it properly.
  7. The Jeera rice is ready.
  8. Enjoy the dish with Dum alu/ Chilli Paneer / Rajma curry or Chingri maccher malaikari.
