Pineapple Chutney (sweet)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the rai for saute.
  2. Add the grated pineapple and raisins & cook it for few min.
  3. Add salt and cooked it for 5 min with a cover.
  4. Then add sugar and cooked it about 5 min.
  5. When the gravy becomes thick , cool it.
  6. Sprinkle the lemon juice and keep it in a air-tight container.
