Pineapple Chutney (sweet)
Heat the oil in a pan and add the rai for saute.
Add the grated pineapple and raisins & cook it for few min.
Add salt and cooked it for 5 min with a cover.
Then add sugar and cooked it about 5 min.
When the gravy becomes thick , cool it.
Sprinkle the lemon juice and keep it in a air-tight container.
