Aam Posto (mango with poppy seeds)



Ingredients:

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan, give the panch-phoran for sauté.
Add mango pieces and fry it well.
Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar according to taste.
Add poppy seeds and chilli paste and stir it well.
Add water and cook it for 10 min in a low flame with a cover.
Stir it contentiously until the gravy becomes completely thick and dry .
Aam posto is ready to serve.
