Aloo Chorchori (easy potato curry-with thick gravy)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add panch-phoran and chilli for sauté.
  2. Add potato, onion and fry it for few second.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt, sugar, tomato & stir well.
  4. Add water and cook it for few min with cover.
  5. When gravy becomes thick, the aloo chorchori is ready.
  6. Serve it with roti, paratha, luchi.
