Aloo posto (potato curry with poppy seeds) (veg)

 Ingredients: 

Preparation: 

  1. Heat the oil in pan & sauté the panch-phoran
  2. Add the potato pieces and fried it till light brown. 
  3. Add grated coconut and poppy seeds paste & stir well. 
  4. Add chopped green chilli and salt & sugar to taste. 
  5. Add water and cook it for 5 min. 
  6. When gravy becomes thick the dish is ready. 
  7. Serve it with steamed rice and dal.
