Aloo Vaja (Potato fry)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add red chilli and onion for sauté.
  2. When onion becomes lite brown add potato cubes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt and cook it for few min with cover in low flame.
  4. Open the cover and fry the potato properly.
  5. The aloo vaja is ready.
  6. Serve it with plain steamed rice & dal.
