Smashed spicy potato (alu bharta)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and smash the potatoes & keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté dried red chili.
  3. Add chopped onion, tomato and fry it well.
  4. Take the smash potatoes and fried masala (chili, onion, tomato) with oil,
    salt to taste and smash them with hand or smasher.
  5. Enjoy Alu bharta with Plain rice, Masoor dal & Papad.
