Green Papaya Curry with Potato

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the papaya and potatoes separately, drain the water & keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the panch-phoran and green chili.
  3. Add papaya and fry it well.
  4. Add potato and fry it properly.
  5. Add ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt and sugar and cook it well.
  6. Add 1-2 cups of water and cook it till done.
  7. When the gravy becomes thick, turn off the gas.
  8. Serve with Roti.
