Peyajkoli Chhechki (recipe of green onion)

Ingredients:


Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add panch phoran & green chilli for sauté.
  2. Add brinjal and fry it properly.
  3. Then add green onion, turmeric powder, salt and sugar to according to taste & water.
  4. Cook it in a medium flame for 10 min with cover.
  5. When the gravy becomes dry, fry it properly.
  6. Serve the dish with steaming Plain rice, Masoor dal.
