Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Take dried chicken and drizzle ajinomoto and salt over both sides.
  2. Mix egg and pineapple juice on a plate.
  3. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter in another plate.
  4. Combine coconut to butter-bread crumbs mixture and mix well.
  5. Coat chicken pieces with pineapple mixture.
  6. Next roll them in coconut mixture.
  7. Place them on 2 foil-lined baking pans.
  8. Bake them in a preheated oven to 350 for about 40 min (reverse pans in oven for even baking).
  9. Bake for another 40 minutes.
  10. If chicken becomes very brownish before end of baking time cover it loosely with foil.
  11. Serve hot.
