Potol Vaja (palwal fry)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. At first marinate the patal with turmeric & salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
  3. Give the patal pieces in a pan.
  4. Fry pieces both side until light brown.
  5. Keep them on paper napkin to soak the excess oil.
  6. Enjoy Potol vaja with Plain rice, Masoor dal or Mung dal & begoon vaja.
