Sweet & sour Potato curry (tak-mishti alu)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potato and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the sliced onion.
  3. When onion becomes brown add washed raisins and fry it for 2 min.
  4. Add chopped tomato & green chili and mix it properly.
  5. Add turmeric powder, salt & sugar to taste.
  6. Add pre-boiled potato & cooked it for 5 min.
  7. Sweet & sour potato is ready.
  8. Sprinkle the coriander leaves & serve hot with luchi and paratha.
