Vindi/bhindi Vaji (okra fry)
Ingredients:
Preparation:

Heat the oil in pan, add chilli for sauté.

Give the okra, add turmeric powder, salt & stir well.

Cover & cook it for 4 – 5 min.

Open the cover and spread the okra in a pan and fry properly.
-
When it becomes light brown in colour, place it in a bowl.

Serve vindi vaji with roti or
plain rice &
dal.
