Idli Chutney

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. First take coconut, dal, curry leave, green chilli, ground nut and grind it properly in mixi.
  2. Take dahi and mix with some water & keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, give rai and dried red chilli for sauté.
  4. Add the pre-grind masala, dahi, salt to taste and cook it for few min.
  5. Place it for cooling and serve with Idli,
    Plain dosa, Masala dosa etc.
