Fish Chop

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the fish and potato separately.
  2. Remove the bones and mashed with potato and keep aside.
  3. Squeeze the bread slices and drain the water and mashed with pre-boiled fish & potato.
  4. Add sattu, chopped onion, green chili, ginger paste, aamchur, coriander leaves and salt according to taste and knead a soft dough.
  5. Beat the egg and keep aside.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan.
  7. Make chop’s from dough, dip in the beaten egg and roll on the bread crumbs
    and deep fry it.
  8. Fry all chop’s in this method and keep it on a paper towel.
  9. Serve hot Fish chops with raw cucumber slices,
    onion rings and mustard sauce.
  10. It’s Exotic!
